Background

An exhibition of technological research projects made by Bologna University Informatic Department students. We were asked to realize an installation to welcome the visitors in the entrance hall.

The project

A dialogue between history and future. History is represented by a low relief of a medieval student of Bologna University. The original image is edited substituing the old book with a modern laptop. The future is evoked by an hologram with a 3d animation, that lets the guests to see through it, towards the hall were the projects about future are shown.
